Commercial fees

| Merchandise Commercial Use | 100% of the price of the commission | Suitable for Artwork that will be made into physical merchandise such as: Keychains, Mugs, Posters and Prints, Standees, etc. |
Personal work will be posted on my social media, unless asked to keep private or put on a hold period.
Commercial work will only be posted when the client allows it.
Revision Fees

By commissioning me, you acknowledge & agree to the terms below.
__Terms of Service__
The artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.
The artist retains 100% full rights to the artwork(s). You may purchase commercial rights at any given time.
You acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital file and not a physical print.
You agree that you are of legal age or have a legal guardian's permission and are voluntarily commissioning the artist.
Breaking the T.O.S. is grounds for canceling any further contact and progress on the commission, buyer may be given fees based on any progress made, please refer to the refund policy.
Clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea must be provided by the client.
Paragraph/story written descriptions of your characters without any visual reference will not be accepted.
Do not alter/edit the commissioned image(s) without explicit permission, including removing any watermarks.
These terms will be attached to the commissioner's invoice and by sending a commission request, you acknowledge the terms listed.
__Payment & Refunds__
Payments may be made through Paypal, via invoice or through ko-fi. More payment options may become available in the future if requested.
If the customer wishes to cancel their commission during or after the coloring stage, they will not be issued a refund.
A sketch will be provided in which you are free to request any changes. First set of sketches will be free. Changes made after the approved sketch may incur revision fees. Changes made after agreeing on the final product will incur a revision fee. Revision fees will be based on the extent of the revision.
Any errors on the artist's part (i.e. incorrect skin color, missing accessories, some discoloration) will be changed free of charge. The artist will not agree to any large revisions unless it is the fault of the artist.
Mistakes made due to missing or incorrect information are considered the fault of the buyer and are not acceptable grounds for a refund.
A fee may be incurred if T.O.S. has been broken in any form, a refund will not be issued whatsoever.
The artist reserves the right to issue a refund and/or cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, or inability to communicate in effective English.
Chargebacks filed will result in blacklisting and definite warning to other artists. All rights to the artwork will also be revoked.
